Michigan State University selected a fully customized Elite Series football tower designed to maximize flexibility, visibility, and daily usability across multiple practice fields. This 40-foot Elite Custom tower features two balconies that fully surround the main frame, allowing coaches and personnel to rotate observation positions and adapt to any practice configuration without limitation.
Strategically placed between two practice fields, the tower provides elevated sightlines in both directions, supporting simultaneous field use and eliminating the need to reposition staff or equipment. The wraparound balcony design ensures continuous visibility and freedom of movement, giving coaches the ability to track play development, formations, and spacing from multiple angles throughout practice.
An oversized roof fully covering all balcony areas enhances the tower’s functionality by protecting personnel and equipment from sun and weather, enabling consistent use across long practice sessions and varying conditions. The roofed, open-access design creates a comfortable and efficient observation platform while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
This Elite Custom installation demonstrates the strength of a purpose-built tower tailored to a program’s specific needs. By combining height, full-frame balcony access, and comprehensive coverage, Michigan State’s football tower delivers exceptional versatility and performance—standing as a strong example of how thoughtful customization can elevate practice operations at the highest collegiate level.
