The Summit 24R is our premium staircase tower with three (3), two person integrated platforms in the front and two (2), two person platforms in the back, a secure locking base, conduit pathways, and a fully enclosed hip-style roof that brings the tower height to 35’. The sealed, commercial roof has no exposed rafters—preventing pests—and includes integrated lightning protection and a gutter channel system.

The Summit 24R is our premier staircase tower, enhanced with a fully enclosed, architecturally finished roof that brings the structure to an impressive 35 feet in total height. Viewing levels are at 8 feet, 16 feet, and 24 feet with landings on the reverse at 12 feet and 20 feet. Each level provides stable, two-person viewing, supported by heavy-duty 3.5-inch corner posts for superior strength and long-term structural performance.
All FWS models include concealed conduit pathways, allowing wiring for lighting, cameras, speakers, and accessories to remain completely hidden and protected—preserving a clean, professional aesthetic from the ground up. A secure locking door at the base provides controlled access and safe storage for equipment that can remain outdoors, offering both convenience and peace of mind.
The signature feature of the Summit 24R is its fully enclosed, hand-built hip-style roof, engineered for maximum durability and weather protection. Unlike exposed-rafter roofs, ours are completely sealed with no rafters, gaps, or nooks where birds, wasps, or pests like to nest. Each roof is painted, wrapped, sealed, and includes integrated lightning protection plus a built-in channel gutter system for clean, controlled water runoff.
